Our process involves taking specific, carefully calibrated action enabling you to achieve optimum results with the following two types of mandate:

Assessment mandate
We assess your risk profile, identify your objectives and work out an insurance programme that is right for you, which we then submit to the insurance companies and subsequently implement.

Management mandate
We monitor the validity of your contracts on an annual basis, handle every aspect of your insurance cover, offer claims handling and can act as your point of contact for all insurance matters relating to your employees (providing there are no conflicts of interest with your company).
